Maintenance and Replacement Program

• $5.00 a month + Tax ….. For instruments at $20.00
• $6.00 a month + Tax ….. For instruments at $35.00 to $45.00
• This covers any adjustment, repair or service to instrument during the duration of the rental
• Replaces instrument of equal value in case of theft or fire from your home

The Lease Options

• Trade Instrument: Within a year of contract, for another instrument at No Charge
